We at Trendfaire aim to deliver excellent products and services. In the case of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you can request a return, replacement or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

When ordering from Trendfaire, you accept the Return & Refund Policy.

we will accept return , replacement and exchange , damaged with in 7 working days, once we receive the item we will replace it with in 5-7 working days, depending on the location

Return Eligibility

We will accept your return/replacement request if:

  • You were shipped a product that is broken or defective, or
  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product is short items/accessories (if applicable)

The product must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and in its original packaging (with original tags, if applicable).

 

Time Limit to Request Returns

Customers have 48 hours from delivery to make a return/replacement request. After this time, the request may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns, except if they are faulty or wrong:

  • Cosmetic products
  • Beauty products
  • Opened or used items
  • Products without original packaging

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To raise a return/replacement request, contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear images/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

Return Approval

Return requests are subject to approval. Trendfaire will decide whether to accept or reject a return request based on the images/videos and the condition of the product.

Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible, we will send a replacement if stock is available. If this is not available, we will issue a refund.

Refund Policy

We will issue refunds when:

  • Return approval, and
  • Inspection (if return pickup is applicable)

Refund will be issued to:

  • Prepaid orders: to the same payment method used to pay for the order
  • Bank transfer/UPI for COD (customer might be asked to provide bank/UPI details)

Refund Processing Time: 5 – 10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Charges

  • In case of approved return, due to any of the reasons of defective/damaged/prodcut shipped, Trendfaire will cover the return shipping cost.
  • In case return is requested for reason not covered in eligibility, return shipping charges may apply.

Refund Not Applicable

Refunds will not be given if:

  • order delivered and customer changes mind
  • Customer provides wrong address or phone number
  • Invalid reason for refusing COD order
  • Item is damaged after delivery or returned without packaging

Cancellation Refund

For orders cancelled prior to shipping, we will process the refund in 5-7 business days.
