We use reliable delivery partners such as Shiprocket and other courier companies.
Order Processing Time
Typically, orders are processed and shipped 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday) following confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time will vary based on your location and availability of courier services:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 working days
- Other Cities/Towns: 4-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Note that delays can occur due to courier service delays, weather, festival holidays, strikes or other factors.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Trendfaire may have free shipping on certain products or promotions.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for some products and locations. COD is subject to availability of courier services.
Order Tracking
Your order will have a tracking number which will be sent to you via SMS/Whatsapp/Email. Orders can also be tracked via the Order Tracking on our website.
Wrong Address / Failure to Deliver
Customers are expected to provide correct shipping information. Trendfaire cannot be liable for delivered goods when:
- Incorrect address
- Wrong phone number
- Customer not home at time of delivery
If returned for wrong contact info, a re-shipping fee may be charged.
Damaged Package / Missing Items
In the event of damage on delivery, we suggest:
- Taking photos immediately
- Creating an unboxing video
- Getting in touch with our team within 48 hours
After 48 hours, we may not accept the request.
